Pattullo Bridge closed August 17 to 20, 2012

This weekend drivers in Surrey and New Westminster will have to make due without the Pattullo bridge as it will be closed for maintenance. The bridge is in dire need of replacement and once the Port Mann bridge is complete the focus will shift to the aging Pattullo Bridge.

Options have been presented for how to deal with the aging Pattullo Bridge. Expect a toll to be part of it.

The Pattullo Bridge will be closed from August 17 at 9 p.m. until August 20 at 3 a.m. for repaving. It will be open for Monday morning traffic rush hour.
