Best Of: cocktails – CinCin Ristorante + Bar
CinCin Ristorante + Bar (1154 Robson Street) is one of five members of the Top Table family. The al fresco dining room and terrace brings old world Italy to West Coast style, and expert CinCin staff make every effort (and then some) to ensure your visit is one to savour.
As tempting as the dinner menu was, my friend and I decided to stick to drinks and dessert. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I’ve included pictures of our desserts but don’t get distracted…the cocktails are the stars in this article.
First dessert, panna cotta, with basil granita and strawberry compote and tuile.

Second dessert, milk chocolate purses wrapped in filo pastry with hazelnut sorbetto.

And now, on to the cocktails.
In order of appearance:
- boulavadier
- negroni cincin
- trappola citriolo
- a crazy yet amazing concoction my amazing bartender Katie made up on the spot, which included Moscato grappa, Eliser gambrinus and simple syrup

My friend also had the Babich sauvignon blanc and the sofisticato…..but she finished both before I remembered to bring out my camera. Sad, I know.
I do hope you stop by this weekend. I went back to try the appetizers…and now I’m drooling all over again simply thinking about it. I’ll give you a few teasers – tenderloin carpaccio, and risotto gnocchi.
Thanks to Courtney Handja for a fantastic evening…here’s to future cocktail evenings!
Bon appetit!
