Make It

Enjoy indie crafters, designers, live music, delicious food, and friendly people? Then come and check out Make It! The Handmade Revolution.

Make It is an exciting event that will take place in Vancouver from April 20th to the 22nd at the Croatian Cultural Centre. It is the largest independent retail show in Western Canada, and it definitely comes with a twist. It is owned and operated in Vancouver by Jenna and Chandler Herbut who are a brother/sister team with a goal of creating positive opportunities for artists, crafters, designers and musicians. It gives conscious consumers  the opportunity to buy unique and ethically made goods directly from over 110 of Canada’s top artists, crafters and designers, as well as listen to some great local music and have some drinks at a licenced bar. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon!

As if that isn’t fun enough, the folks at Make It are stoked to announce that this show will be the first in Canada to have an Etsy.com booth, where you’ll be able to meet and greet the cool people behind the website!

Come check it out Vancouver, for a different, creative, genuine and ethical shopping experience.
