There’s something romantic about waking up in a bed that’s not yours…and by that, I mean a comfortable and cozy bed in one of Vancouver’s finest hotel. Local hotels often have special promotions for Valentine’s Day which is a perfect excuse to enjoy a night on the town with your sweetheart. Here’s a quick round up of some of the hotel promotions we found:

Pan Pacific

The Kiss Package features: 1 night stay, 1 long stem red rose, chocolate truffles, evening turndown service, breakfast for 2 in the Cafe Pacifica,  2 pm late checkout. — $259

The Embrace: 1 night stay in a luxury room (premier corner King, Panoramic Harbourview, Bayview Suite), $100 Food & Beverage credit, valet parking for 1 vehicle, 1 complimentary in-room movie, chilled Sparkling Wine, long stem red rose, chocolate dipped tuxedo strawberries, evening turndown service, a late check out of 2 pm. — $529

For dinner, there’s also the option of going to Pan Pacific’s Cascades Lounge where they are offering a specially created Valentine’s Day dinner on February 14 from 6-9 pm for $68. See the menu here.

 

Shangri-La Vancouver’s CHI, the Spa

Shangri-La is offering a Sweetheart package at CHI, the Spa and it’s all about indulgence. First, you start off with an Aromatic Steam Shower & Tea Ceremony, followed by the Element Vitality massage. Lastly, you’ll be treated to a Jewel Facial. — $280

Couple’s Romance Package includes a West Coast Wave Massage (80 minutes) for two in the couples suite followed by spa cuisine and a refreshing flute of champagne served in the Ginger Bar. — $410

 

OPUS Hotel

Let OPUS play Cupid with their new Cupid Concierge program with the Exclusively Yours Package. You will be greeted in style with a glass of bubbly before being ushered up to your lavish Deluxe room. Four Seasons Vancouver

Four Season Vancouver is offering a weekend love fest from February 11-14.  The Celebration Package offers 1-night stay, bottle of sparking wine and strawberries, breakfast in bed or a hot breakfast buffet at YEW and valet parking for the night. — $290

Walk downstairs to the fabulous YEW where Chef Ned Bell has created 5 Valentine’s Day inspired menus including “First Date Saturday” and “Second Date Sunday,” to “No Pressure Weekend Brunch,” “Going Steady Monday” and “True Romance Tuesday.”  Each menu offers a little something different and range from a three-course brunch menu for $45, a four-course dinner menu for $59, to a five-course dinner menu for $79.

 

Fairmont Pacific Rim
