I find these types of post to carry a hint of sexism.  Especially this site given it’s lofty feeble attempt to understand the issues surrounding the #occupy movement.  Instead it’s been mostly back-handed comments and remarks.  Then, something like this comes along.

Instead of trying to understand what political conscience activists are saying (in this case women), we’ll simplify everything by saying, “Hey, who gives a fuck what they think or say, let’s just look at how hot they are!”

    Dear Marcus,

I am not a reader of this site, I am an occupier. You’ll see me at the GA at 7pm today. Having said that, I still appreciate the beauty of a women. What is wrong with that.Truly,

  • Full of yourself much

Yeah you’re right smart people can’t enjoy the beauty of women.

Smart people can enjoy beautiful women, I think your mis-interpreting that comment. The point is that this blog will really only ever be a tabloid style blog and not a note worthy news source. Which is fine. I doubt people come to this blog for hot button news issues, so im sure the writers are happy with their brand as is.
