Connect the harmony of your inner self with the natural beauty of our city as you practice surrounded by Stanley Park, the North Shore Mountains and the Burrard Inlet.

When: EVERY MONDAY and THURSDAY from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Classes run until September 19, 2011. Capacity is limited so be sure to come early to get your spot.
Who: The instructor for Waterfront Yoga at Canada Place is Tedi Martin (http://tedimartin.wordpress.com/) who teaches at Steve Nash Sports Club, Lululemon Head Office and Semperviva.
Cost: All classes are by donation. These karma classes raise proceeds for Strathcona Community Centre’s Food Security for Children program which helps to feed disadvantaged children on the downtown eastside.
