Red Bull Plane Show Over English Bay Tonight

This past weekend many went to English Bay to catch the Celebration of Light fireworks show. They were also treated to a bonus surprise aerobatic demonstration by Red Bull Pilot Pete McLeod. At first I thought a plane was coming down as I stared out my condo window. Then I suddenly saw the plane come back up and do a loopty loop and I watched in amazement for the next few minutes.  You can catch the show one last time tonight!

According to Red Bull:

The surprise demonstration was in conjunction with the Celebration of Light, City of Vancouver, Port Metro Vancouver, Coast Guard and the Vancouver Police Department and will be repeated one additional time the evening of Wednesday August 3rd prior to Spain’s Fireworks display entitled ‘Odyssey’.
