Simon Fraser University Students are to spend 24 hours sleeping on the streets for a charity campaign to raise funds for Covenant House of Vancouver and raise awareness of youth homelessness.

Seeing life through someone else’s eyes, this is what some students from Simon Fraser University will be doing as they pledge to spend a day living on the street. Only with a pillow and blanket, students will for one day, have “No Home”.

Inspired by the work of the Covenant House, students will gather together on the north side of the Vancouver Art Gallery at 9:00am on March 12, 2011. They will stay there for 24 hours to raise awareness and funds for youth homelessness within the community. Donations are accepted from now until March 31st online at www.nohome.ca.
